ČS nemovitostní fond, which is managed by the investment company REICO České spořitelny, has taken over the Forum Business Center I building in Bratislava. The value of the acquisition reaches approximately CZK 1.25bn. The total leasable area of the real estate is 18,500 square metres. The building is completely let out, its main tenant is Slovak Telekom. ČS nemovitostní fond has nine buildings in its portfolio, its total market value has exceeded approximately CZK 6.3bn. The yield from the fund reached 3.0 % per year in the past five years.
