Private equity company Genesis Capital has assisted with the sale of four companies in 2016. Three additional sales took place in 2015. The company thus helped with the sale of seven firms in 22 months. Genesis Capital’s partner Ondřej Vičar has stated in an interview for ČIANEWS that the goal for each investment is to achieve at least 2x-2.5x valorization. The latest closed fund, GPEF I, sized EUR 30m, invested into 11 projects over 10 years, more than doubling the initial investment. Relative yield from the investment portfolio exceeded 20%.
