The joint project of a group of investors associated in joint stock company Domo Development is in the initial implementation phase. New retail and leisure zone Prague-South in Čestlice will offer customers a range of retail stores. The investment into the project will total CZK 1.5bn. General construction supplier PSJ reported about this in its periodical People & Buildings. The project with a built-up area of 108,000 m2 should be completed in 2018.
