The PASSERINVEST GROUP has completed its acquisition of the BETA Building at Prague’s BB Centrum. It obtained the premises with a leasable area of 19,000 m2 through a buy-back from CBRE Property Fund Central and Eastern Europe. The largest tenants there are ONLINE Czech Republic, SAP CR and D.A.S. insurance company. The PASSERINVEST GROUP has decided not to publish the transaction value.
