CPI Property Group will acquire the Futurum shopping centre in Kolín from GE Real Estate. The transaction’s value totals EUR 23m (CZK 626.5m). The shopping centre offers an area to let totalling 10,100 m2. It includes a supermarket, a shopping mall with 50 stores, restaurants and other facilities, incl. underground parking for 320 cars. CPI will take a loan of EUR 17.25m from ČSOB to finance the acquisition.
