The Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Crafts of the Czech Republic (AMSP ČR) expects that the Czech Republic’s exports will increase in 2016 compared to 2015. However, the pace of growth has been slowing down from 7.5% at the end of 2015 to 5.1% in the first four months of 2016 and to 3.9% after eight months of 2016. AMSP ČR chairman Karel Havlíček said the slowdown had been also caused by a lack of qualified workforce.
