‘Bomb threat’ at Czech OTE preceded EUR 6.74m theft of BGV’s carbon credits

An apparent bomb threat at the Czech electricity market operator OTE that prompted the registry to shut down Tuesday may have provided cover for the theft of EUR 6.745 million worth of carbon permits from the Czech company Blackstone Global Ventures, Daniel Butler, a Prague-based broker told Czech Position in an interview Wednesday.
