The group CIMEX, which is focused on hotel business, acquisitions of commercial real estate, development projects and the development of the fund Fond EDULIOS, is currently completing the acquisition of the property City West B1. The acquisition heads to the sub-fund Podfond EDULIOS Alfa, which focuses on administrative premises in Prague. The transaction will likely be competed in the second quarter of 2016. This was stated by Fond EDULIOS General Manager Martin Skalický in an interview for ČIANEWS. According to his words, the group is currently preparing more sub-funds focused on different kinds of real estates.
