The total vacancy rate at industrial properties in the Czech Republic dropped to 4.2% in Q1 2016. This is the lowest level over the past ten years, according to a JLL analysis. Zero vacancy (i.e. full occupancy) is reported from the regions of Central Bohemia, Hradec Králové, Liberec and Zlín. Ústí nad Labem, Jihlava, Plzeň and Prague are below the nationwide rate while Brno, Ostrava and Olomouc report vacancy above the nationwide rate.
