INDUSTRY INNOVATIONS has entered into Kovosvit MAS as a strategic investor. Kovosvit owner Jaroslav Strnad said the aim was to maintain the production and employees and fulfil commitments towards employees, suppliers and partners. He added the main objective was to rescue the industrial enterprise that was a major employer in the South Bohemia Region. INDUSTRY INNOVATION is a company wholly-owned by Jaroslav Strnad who is the owner of CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP (CSG). INDUSTRY INNOVATION is not part of the CSG structure.
