Skanska Reality has bought the 4ha brownfield, former Michelské Pekárny bakery, in Prague 4. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction’s value. Skanska Reality’s CEO Naďa Ptáčková has stated that the company has allocated several hundreds of millions of korunas for the acquisition of new projects. The company would like to stably offer ca. 600 new apartments.
