The liquidator handling the collapsed German company Viktoriagruppe has rejected all of the Czech state’s claims against the firm. The decision was made public by Pavel Hortig, the head of the Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs, which is acting on behalf of the Czech Republic in the matter.
