CPI Property Group has started building the Nové IGY Centrum retail project in České Budějovice, which will be formed through the modernisation of the existing IGY Centrum and completion of a new section, IGY2. The investment into IGY2 will total CZK 420m and the reconstruction of existing IFY centre will cost further CZK 330m. The new IGY Centrum will offer more than 29,000 m2 of sales premises with 130 stores, a cinema multiplex and 700 parking places. Further almost 5,000 m2 will be designed for offices. The centre is scheduled to open in fall 2017.
