Representatives of trade unions and ŠKODA AUTO closed talks on a new tariff agreement on April 20, 2016. The agreement was closed with validity until March 31, 2018. They also agreed on conditions for the introduction of non-typical shift systems and the continuation of the system flexikonto. The value of closed agreements reaches 11.2% of an average tariff wage in a period of two years. Tariff wages will grow beginning April 1, 2016 and then also beginning January 1, 2017.
