The Ministry of Agriculture of the Slovak Republic (MZe) is preparing a package of measures helping people living in disadvantaged areas. Czech Minister of Agriculture Marian Jurečka (KDU-ČSL) said that the ministry wanted to prepare special loans for entrepreneurs, who could get up to CZK 2m for the development of their business with a possibility to reduce the loan principal up to EUR 15,000. The ministry could also subsidise part of interests from commercial loans. The state support for loans up to CZK 10m could reach 4% from interests.
