The Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs (ÚZSVM) defended more than CZK 6bn in court ownership disputes for the government year to date. The Ministry of Finance has announced that ÚZSVM entered into 986 agreements on representation in court disputes with government’s organizational units in 2016, up 126% y/y. Totally 435 agreements were signed in the same period of 2015.
