The Courtyard Marriott hotel in Brno, under construction by developer CTP, will be opened officially in fall 2016. The hotel will offer 201 rooms on 15 floors, a roof apartment, a restaurant with a bar for 150 persons and 10 meeting rooms with access to terrace. The main hall will be sized 360 m2 and will have the capacity of 400 persons. CTP has also newly opened an office facility for technological firm IBM in Brno.
