BENU Česká Republika, which runs the BENU pharmacy chain, will launch a new e-shop and new loyalty program in 2015. BENU’s board of directors chairwoman Michaela Jelínková has stated in a survey by ČIANEWS that the pharmacies do not plan to expand the portfolio in categories that are already available. The goal is to find new categories that would help differentiate BENU pharmacies.
