After its acquisition of Formex, industrial holding Koh-i-noor is planning to further expand into the area of mechanical engineering. At ČIANEWS’ enquiry, this was confirmed by spokesman Martin Doležal who added that Formex should develop relations with the Brno University of Technology. Koh-i-noor is considering acquiring additional engineering companies. With its machinery division, it is planning a turnover in excess of CZK 1bn per year. By the end of 2015, the Group wants to build a logistics centre in Poland.
