DHL Freight will invest primarily into the development of its own vehicle fleet. The company hopes that the acquisition of its own truck fleet will provide it with higher flexibility for non-standard customer solutions and transports. The drivers will be fully endowed and will use state-of-the-art technologies, providing clients with 24/7 overview of the movement of their parcels and accelerating the documentation. DHL Freight is also testing CNG trucks in the Czech Republic.
