CzechInvest, together with the Association for Foreign Investments (AFI), has prepared the proposal to utilise so-called regulatory plan also for government-subsidised industrial zones. The regulatory plan would shorten the permission proceeding, as the zoning proceeding would fall out, and investors would know already ahead of the investment decision what type of structure may be built in the industrial zone. The regulatory plan is a routinely used part of the zoning planning documentation. CzechInvest and the Ministry of Industry and Trade will present the options for utilising the regulatory plan in government-supported industrial zones.
