Jan Světlík, the owner of the engineering group Vítkovice, is considering the sale of part of the company to the company E-Invest. The sale will likely apply to Vítkovice Gearworks and Hutní montáže. Spokeswoman Eva Kijonková told ČIANEWS that details of the eventual transaction were subject to talks. She said that the company informed at the latest general meeting that it would lead discussions with banks from the prepared club financing of the group and talks with the company E-Invest, who acquired claims from Raiffeisenbank.
