AEW Europe has used its fund LOGISTIS to buy a Prague-based logistic park from Panattoni Europe. It acquired the park offering the lettable area of 255,000 m2 for EUR 150m (over CZK 4bn). The park offers also a hall covering 125,000 m2. The hall will likely be leased to Amazon once it is completed. Developer Panattoni Europe plans to complete the construction in the summer of 2015. According to Panattoni Europe Czech Republic CEO Pavel Sovička, the building being constructed by the company will be the largest independent industrial premise ever built in the Czech Republic after the year 1989. The park is located close to the Václav Havel Airport at the speed road R6.
