At the general shareholders meeting held on April 24, 2015 Česká Spořitelna shareholders approved a dividend totaling CZK 75 per share. A total of CZK 11.4bn will be paid out in dividends. ČS provided this information, adding that the record date for the dividend payment is the date of the GSM, April 24, 2015. Česká Spořitelna has posted for 2014 unconsolidated net profits after taxes totaling CZK 14.8bn. The remainder of its profits that will not be paid out in dividends will be transferred by Česká Spořitelna to its retained earnings and will thus further strengthen its own capital.
