Regional broadcast group Central European Media Enterprises (CME) will pay USD 11 million to acquire Bontonfilm — a film, home entertainment, digital and television rights distribution company with operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia — the Prague-listed company announced Monday. CME said that its wholly-owned subsidiary CME Media Pro has entered into a purchase agreement with an affiliate of Bancroft Private Equity, LLP to acquire 100% of the shares of Bontonfilm from Bancroft and minority shareholders.
