Wormelen Group, led by Petr Homolka, will follow the acquisition of Sparkys toyshops by the acquisition of the firm Alltoys, which runs Bambule toyshops. The information about the readied transaction was confirmed to ČIANEWS by Alltoys’ owner Jaroslav Novozámský. The transaction is scheduled to be completed in late May/early June 2015. Mr. Novozámský says that he would like to cooperate with the firm’s new management for two more years. He refused to comment on the value of the acquisition, given the stage of the transaction.
