Erste Leasing signed 179 new leasing contracts in 1–3Q 2016. Operative leasing accounted for 58.8 % of movables financing in the form of leasing, up from 51.3 % a year earlier. UniCredit Leasing CZ has 30,000 leasing contracts worth CZK 15.6bn. Eight percent of clients use operative leasing for passenger cars, up from less than one fifth three years ago. It is growing primarily in the retail segment. Operative leasing accounts for 5 % of financing at s Autoleasing and interest in it is three times higher this year. ČSOB Leasing saw a 200% increase in this type of financing in the case of individuals at the cost of consumer loans and financial leasing.
