Swedish surgery tool producer Mölnlycke will invest about CZK 1.6bn in the area Dukla Industrial Park in Havířov-Dolní Suchá. The investment has been approved by representatives of the city of Havířov. Mölnlycke, which owns a factory in Karviná, is the first large investor entering the Dukla Industrial Park. It plans to build a new factory there and open it in 2017. It will employ 200-300 people in the first three years. According to Emmanuel Chilaud, the CEO of Mölnlycke in Karviná, the company has chosen the locality thanks to suitable logistics, money, and human resources.
