Česká Spořitelna (ČS) offers syndicated financing and in 1Q 2016 it brokered as arranger among other things syndicated long-term and operating financing totaling EUR 230m for company Kronospan ČR. This was stated for ČIANEWS by spokeswoman Kristýna Havligerová, who added that the largest corporate loans extended by ČS in 2Q include a long-term loan worth EUR 20m for Ahold portfolio, a long-term refinancing loan worth EUR 18.9m for Flow East for project Richter House and a developer loan for project Prosek Park X for company FINEP totaling CZK 372m.
