The embattled gaming company Sazka was finally sold to financial groups PPF and KKČG in a tender for CZK 3.81 billion, but the legal troubles continue. The sale is now being challenged by Penta Investments, which was offering a higher bid outside of the tender, as well as creditor Česká spořitelna, which is asking for the current tender to be trashed and a new one called.
