RWE in the Czech Republic will become part of a new concern subsidiary, Innogy. The company newly covers concern activities in the field of sales, networks & infrastructure, and renewable resources. Czech companies of the group RWE will rebrand in October 2016. The brand RWE will be still used only by the parent company RWE AG.
