Czech state-owned forestry company Lesy České republiky has opened public tender Forestry Activities – Year 2017+. The estimated value of the contract is nearly CZK 3.4bn. According to sales manager Radovan Srba, contracts could be closed on the turn of October and November 2016. Contracts on comprehensive activities for CZK 2.8bn are ready for 28 zoning units. Contracts on timber extraction activities show a value of CZK 165m and will be offered for six units. Contracts for CZK 430m are related with planting activities in 14 units.
