ŠKODA AUTO’s deliveries to clients increased by 4.2% y/y to 544,300 cars in H1 2015. Revenues grew by 7.5% to EUR 6.42bn and operating result increased by 22.8% to EUR 522m. Investments reached EUR 146m. ŠKODA AUTO’s board of directors chairman Winfried Vahland has stated that the good development of sales in Western and Central Europe has compensated the difficult situation on the markets in Russia, Ukraine and in the last two months also in China.
