The Energy Regulatory Office (ERÚ) has set the price component for support for electricity from renewable energy resources at the level of foreseen electricity subsidy costs as of the end of 2017, i.e. ca. CZK 2.6bn. The fee charged to end customer will thus dropped by tens of percent. ERÚ will also analyse European Commission’s verdict from November 28, 2016, approving the subsidy regime, and will update the price component as soon as it receives the notification.
