The supply of projects from industrial developers and demand from customers will continue to grow also in 2016. This stems from the Q1/2015 Developers Study processed by CEEC Research and KPMG Česká Republika. Company directors plan to build 7.6% more buildings in the whole Czech Republic and 4.7% more industrial properties in Prague.
