It has become a tradition to celebrate spring in Prague at Dyzajn Market. That’s why the slogan this year is, “Spring.” As usual, the market will showcase the best goods from local and international designers. Even the pickiest buyer will find something attractive, from bright floral dresses to handmade toys.
Every year, more and more designers exhibit their work at the show. This year, their number has increased to 180. You will see some familiar designers, such as Studio Malíská, with their delicate porcelain products; Black Mountain, with their sheen skirts and dresses; ATOM RAT, with their modern and fresh looks; Haneri, with their unusual enamel pieces; Rosallia, with their cute handmade toys; Skynet, with their individual steampunk jewelry; and atelier MATE, with their gorgeous origami jewelry. However, newcomers may also surprise with their creative ideas and commodities: BUBAK, with universal bags and handbags; ECHTKOVAR, with knives and corkscrews; and Paul Brun, with sexy men’s underwear.
The 22nd Dyzajn Market also marks the fifth Dyzajn Limited Collection. Eighteen designers have teamed up to create an exclusive line of clothing dedicated to the spirit of awakening and living spring. In addition, like any other fashion event, the top 10 designers will present their most stylish looks at a runaway show.
Great shopping is assured, and nothing should stand in your way. For trendy moms, there is a special playroom for children with a creative schedule by Ponrepo dětem and Jarní dílnička Unlimited Design. Moreover, the theater association Buchty a loutky will perform a play based on the famous fairytale, “Golden Goose.” In order to make shopping even more fun, the organizers have also invited the coolest DJs, Uroboros and the musician Alasdair Bouch, to set the mood. Delicious snacks will be supplied by Cafe Buddha, La Genovese (VinCaffé), burger joint Frank’s / Perfect Planet, Upekla, and many others; vegetarian and raw food will also be available.
