“Surprisingly, the Czechs prepared for everything”, a Hospodářské noviny story in the Monday issue of the Monitor, was a tongue in cheek take on the Czechs’ preparations for the EU presidency. No “top secret document” advising Czech officials to dress smartly and use deodorant actually exists – at least to the best of our knowledge. The article should have appeared in the opinion section.
