Not knowing what else to do, Eurocrats have threatened the Czech President. And they have threatened him with what, according to their values, is the worst imaginable outcome. Unless he signs their European Constitution Lisbon Treaty, they mutter darkly, the Czech Republic might lose its European Commissioner.
