Engineering-metallurgical company UNEX invests in production technologies, SW and database systems. Between September and December 2016, the total investment will be CZK 23m. The amount invested in the January to August period totalled CZK 33m. The Ernst Leopold foundry which is in insolvency and was permitted reorganisation plans to invest in stabilisation and increased efficiency. In 2017, it intends to invest in the modernisation of production capacities, energy, security, ecology and innovations. In the next five years, it is expected to invest at least CZK 450m. The TOS Čelákovice plant of Slovácké Strojírny wants to implement a development and production project for a new range of medium-heavy grinders worth tens of millions of korunas, a survey carried out by ČIANEWS has unveiled.
