An independent technology company based between Prague and London has revolutionised their brand with a new Plugin.
OpenBrand, a cloud-based file hosting service described by its owners as ‘the Dropbox for marketers and graphic designers’, has launched a new Adobe Plugin which allows for complete functionality within the Photoshop and Illustrator Creative Cloud programmes.
Compatible with both Windows and Apple devices, the new OpenBrand plugin works inside Photoshop and Illustrator Creative Cloud meaning that designers will no longer have to leave these programmes to access their files.
“For designers and marketers alike this is basically, all your content, right where you want it: While you are working on designs, all resources organised in OpenBrand are at your fingertips,” says OpenBrand partner and global marketing director Tim Addison. “There’s no more version confusion, everything is always up to date. Even Windows users can navigate design files visually!”
The company has also combined the launch of their new Adobe Plugin with an entirely new pricing system, a branding overhaul and a new interface and functionality.
“Beside the pricing and swanky good looks, we gave it a functional make-over because we wanted to improve usability and put the focus on our user’s designs,” says Tim.
In 2013 AIGA, a professional organisation dedicated to advancing design, described OpenBrand as ‘the designer/client tool of the year’. With its new Plugin, OpenBrand is making it even easier for designers and marketers to free up storage space on their devices, collaborate and protect and define all elements of any brand.
