The European Commission has confirmed that it will not include Czech programs into the group of currently approved program for the time being. The Commission’s statement reads that Czech government has not taken into account the expectations defined in the Partnership Agreement. The Ministry for Regional Development has announced that the foreseen dates for the announcement of the first calls do not necessarily have to be shifted. Minister for Regional Development Karla Šlechtová has stated that if individual ministries comply with the required criteria, the calls will be opened as originally foreseen.
