Commissioner calls on ČR to ensure legislative changes do not harm inclusive education efforts

In a letter to Czech PM Andrej Babiš and Education Minister Robert Plaga, the Commissioner for Human Rights addresses proposed changes to Decree 27/2016 Coll. on the education of pupils with special education needs. The Commissioner expresses her concern that these changes could have a negative impact on the right of all children, including Roma children and children with disabilities, to inclusive education.
