Financial group Nordic Investors signed an agreement on the acquisition of Air Telecom. Founder Tomáš Otruba says that the group will focus on growth opportunities arising from the planned transfer from CDMA to LTE technology. Air Telecom plans to switch to LTE as the fourth operator in the Czech Republic within a year. Nordic Investors has also informed about the acquisition of Swiss firm eHI eHealth International, which has know-how in the segment of healthcare electronisation and holds IZIP’s shares. The acquisition is part of the building of the group’s technological division.
