EP Infrastructure (EPIF), the provider of energy infrastructure services in the Slovak Republic and Czech Republic, has announced that Energetický a Průmyslový Holding (EPH) plans to make the first initial public offering of EPIF shares. The stock should be listed on the main market of the Prague Stock Exchange and through global deposit certificates accepted for trading on London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities.
