According to a study by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), every fourth travel agency operating in the country fails to provide all the information that they are legally required to. The government organ said it checked offers of 90 travel agencies and operators from April 1 to June 30 and found breaches of obligations in 23 of them. So far, 13 fines in the total amount of CZK 54,000 were lawfully imposed, ČOI said.
