Prologis has acquired Westgate Park Rudna, which consists of distribution building with 28,000 m2 of area to let and adjacent 14 ha building lot, from Europa Capital. The new building, DC18, became part of Prologis Park Prague-Rudna. 52% of the building is currently rented to sports goods seller Sportisimo. Following the acquisition, Prologis Park Prague-Rudna consists of 18 buildings sized totally 191,000 m2.
