UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia (UCB) has reported 40% increase in newly extended mortgages, both for the number and total value, in H1 2015. The spokesperson for UCB, Petr Plocek, has stated in a survey for ČIANEWS that UCB has extended mortgages exceeding CZK 6bn. The share of refinanced loans does not differ from the market average, i.e. ca. 25%.
