Schoultz & Partners Law Office (“Schoultz & Partners”), one of the leading mid-sized company/commercial law firms in the Czech Republic, has announced today the appointment of a new member to its team, Mgr. Štěpánka Vincencová.
Štěpánka Vincencová, 29, has joined Schoultz & Partners having successfully completed her bar exams and been appointed as an advocate. In 2008, she was registered as an associate at the Czech Bar Association, and she has since practised as a legal advisor in some of the leading Czech law firms, including gaining valuable experience with RAKOVSKÝ & PARTNERS v.o.s. and PRK Partners s.r.o.
As an advocate with Schoultz & Partners, Štěpánka will be active in a number of legal areas, including civil litigation, corporate, labour and real estate law.
Štěpánka received her master’s degree in Law and Jurisprudence at the Law Faculty of Palacky University in Olomouc, where she graduated in 2008. During her studies she also gained an international perspective at the School of Legal Studies at the University of Wolverhampton in the UK, where she studied European and International Law in 2005.
Štěpánka speaks fluent Czech and English. In her spare time she enjoys running and listening to indie rock music.
