Police and city authorities admit they cannot close down a notorious drug den in the heart of the city despite a number of police raids and protests from local residents. Billiard Club, located on Žitná street, is a nonstop club and billiard hall where blaring music and loud games of table football and hockey are played until 5am, keeping neighbors awake.
