One of the cases involving Czech parents and Norway’s Child Welfare Service of Norway (Barnevernet) has been resolved, according to media reports. A 9-month-old girl with a kidney ailment has been returned to her Czech birth mother and Norwegian father. The Norwegian authorities have informed the Czech Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs about the move, which was the result of a local court decision handed down on Feb. 5.
